When was the last time you went to the doctor?
Some people wait until the last possible moment to see a doctor, while others take a more proactive approach. Some people will never visit a doctor until they absolutely must, and others not at all.
When it’s time to go, you are usually asked to describe what’s going on and what is troubling you. That is not always the easiest thing to do as vocalizing your troubles doesn’t always translate properly.
For example, you may have a “headache”.
Well any number of things can cause a headache, so the Doctor you’re visiting will only be able to narrow down a treatment once they have had a chance to meet with you in person.
Hind-Sight, Foresight, and On-Site
Speaking of meeting in person, have you ever tried to explain your bulk packaging headaches over the phone? Are you having trouble vocalizing the issue, your “headache” as it were?
You know, when that one thingy is just a little too long?
And that whatchamacallit on the bottom that Hank and his night crew are having some trouble with on line #2?
You know, THAT thingamajig?

At MiniBulk, we offer a holistic approach to bulk packaging and bulk bags. We’re not talking essential oils, we are talking about essential staff! We strive to engage all the stakeholders involved with the design and implementation of all our bulk packaging solutions.
Leveraging our expertise might uncover an avenue of improvement that has not been considered yet. After all, we have been around the world seeing bag filling operations first hand for over 20 years now.
It’s also important to be up to speed on any changes made at the plant level that a purchaser might not be aware of. For example, the purchasing of new filling equipment or new automated processes.
Will the previous bag design still work? Better figure that out before the next order of bags arrive!
Keeping Everybody Happy
Now don’t get us wrong, we really love our Purchasers and Project Managers, but at the end of the day they are not the ones filling and discharging the bags. That is the realm of your Production Managers, Plant Managers, and most importantly, your customers.
Our goal is to maximize efficiencies from start to finish and ensure your entire facility isn’t wasting any unnecessary time on bulk bags and the like. We do this by building solid lines of communication with all parties involved.
We understand that from production to delivery, there are a lot of people and moving parts in between. We work tirelessly to get everything moving together in a smooth and efficient manner.
You might be thinking that everything is just fine, and perhaps there is nothing to improve.
However, ask yourself when was the last time you and your bulk bag supplier had a chat with Hank?
